Prepd is an online exam preparation platform that provides practice questions, study tools, flashcards, and AI-powered learning paths to help users prepare for professional certification exams.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
Exam purchases are one-time fees. Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically and can be canceled at any time through your account settings. Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed the exam content. Contact support@goprepd.com to request. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
All content on Prepd — including questions, explanations, and study materials — is the property of Sage Labs LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
Prepd is a study aid and does not guarantee exam results. Practice questions are designed to help you prepare but may not reflect the exact content of actual certification exams. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Sage Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
