- Web purchases and web subscriptions are managed through Prepd's web billing flow.
- Subscriptions purchased in the iPhone or iPad app are billed and managed by Apple through your App Store account settings.
- If you are not sure which billing channel was used, contact support and include the email address on your Prepd account.
